Everything said in session and written material exchanged in correspondence is always 100% confidential. Cancellations and rescheduling are accepted 24 hours before a session before incurring a 50-100% charge of the session rate depending.

When we begin work together, each participant reviews and signs a coaching agreement which covers these policies in detail.
